The bet Before10K is a public challenge. The founder starts at 200 X followers and aims to raise $50,000 from 100 permanent sponsors before reaching 10,000 X followers. If $50K is reached first, the challenge is won. If 10K followers is reached first, the challenge is lost.

What you get A permanent slot on the Before10K sponsor wall (numbered 1-100), a clickable link from your slot to a URL you provide, and permission to display your company name and logo on the wall.

Pricing Spots 1-10 cost $50 each. Spots 11-30 cost $100. Spots 31-40 cost $250. Spots 41-60 cost $500. Spots 61-80 cost $750. Spots 81-100 cost $1,000. Total: $50,000. The price you pay is locked at the tier when you complete checkout.

Permanent slots The sponsor slot remains permanent as long as the linked content is not illegal, malicious, or misleading. We may remove a slot at our discretion if it violates this.

Refunds Sponsors do not have a withdrawal right once a sponsor slot is purchased. The bet is the bet. We may refund and remove a slot at our discretion if a sponsor is found to have provided false or misleading information. Chargebacks initiated by a sponsor's bank may also result in the slot being removed.

No guarantees of outcome Before10K is a public experiment. We make no guarantees about the challenge's outcome.

Limitations We are not responsible for loss of the Before10K domain, the founder's X account, or force majeure.

Governing law English law. Disputes are handled in the courts of England and Wales.
